Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit

EA have tasked Criterion, the developers behind the ever popular Burnout series, with reincarnating a NFS classic and turning it into the fastest, most frantic addition to the series. Need For Speed Hot Pursuit. Can Criterion step up to the challenge? Gamers familiar with the Burnout series will already know that Criterion, as well as being able to sculpt beautifully photo-realistic cars, have the experience necessary to instil a real sense of speed into their games, something that many developers in the racing genre seem to struggle with.

Expect intuitively designed tracks and courses. Expect fantastic looking cars. Expect tasteful use of motion blur and bloom. Expect a game that will deliver a visual kick to the proverbials that leaves you wondering where the fuck the last 8 hours of your Saturday afternoon just went.

Hot Pursuit is out on PC, XBOX360 and PS3 this November.
